Spontaneous closure of traumatic arteriovenous fistula

C Suchato, C Suwanraks, C Sukapanpotharam and S Sukumalanadana

A case of spontaneous closure of traumatic arteriovenous fistula with large false aneurysm is reported. The diagnosis was proved by follow-up angiographic study. The closure of the aneurysm is explained by thrombosis followed by fibrosis with occlusion at the venous orifice.
