Lymphatic diverticulum: a persistent posterior lymph sac demonstrated by lymphography

A lymphatic diverticulum was seen in a patient with bronchogenic carcinoma. It was shown by lymphography to arise from the lymphatic vessels in the right side of the pelvis, and probably represented a partial persistence of an embryonic lymph sac.
