DD Maglinte
A case of blind pouch formation presenting as gastrointestinal bleeding 23 years following side-to-side small bowel anastomosis to relieve obstruction is reported. Although rare, blind pouches may occasionally be encountered. Familiarity with the clinical and radiographic features can aid in a prompt and precise preoperative diagnosis.
