Acquired renal cystic disease and neoplasia: complications of chronic hemodialysis

Long-term intermittent hemodialysis has resulted in longer life expectancies for patients with end-stage renal disease. These patients are at risk for the development of acquired renal cystic disease and renal neoplasms. We present the following case to provide the radiologist with a better recognition of this clinical problem.
