Osteolysis in cat-scratch fever

JF Johnson, RM Lehman, WE Shiels and SM Blaney

The osteolysis associated with cat-scratch fever resembles more ominous conditions. The combination of osteolysis and unilateral regional adenopathy in a child or adolescent should suggest cat-scratch disease.
