Figure 2. Unenhanced transverse CT scans (left scan, window width of 79 HU and level of 50 HU; right scan, window width of 1,350 HU and level of 239 HU) of the skull show gyriform cortical calcifications in the left cerebral hemisphere and right frontal lobe. There is brain atrophy especially on the left side. The cranial vault was asymmetric secondary to brain atrophy.
