(b) Collimated left craniocaudal mammogram obtained 34 months after breast-conservation therapy shows an ill-defined mass (arrowhead) anterior to the lumpectomy bed, which is marked by surgical clips. Histopathologic analysis yielded recurrent poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma.
