(a) Initial transverse CT image shows marked basal reticular pattern with traction bronchiectasis. (b) At follow-up transverse CT performed 2 years later (without specific treatment), image obtained at a slightly lower level shows substantial resolution of reticular pattern, with residual ground-glass opacity.
